1. Introduction

Welcome to TravelMood, operated by AF TRAVELS LONDON LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our visa consultancy services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

TravelMood provides visa consultancy services including but not limited to:

  • Document review and preparation assistance
  • Visa application form completion guidance
  • Appointment booking services
  • Interview preparation and support
  • Application tracking and updates

We act as a consultancy service to assist with your visa application. We do not guarantee visa approval, as all decisions are made by the respective embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Submit all required documents in a timely manner
  • Pay all applicable fees as agreed
  • Attend scheduled appointments and interviews
  • Comply with all visa requirements and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required as specified in your chosen service package. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as outlined in our Refund Policy (Section 6).

Note: Visa fees, embassy fees, biometric fees, and other government charges are separate from our service fees and are paid directly to the relevant authorities.

5. Service Limitations

While we provide expert guidance and assistance, we cannot guarantee:

  • Visa approval (all decisions are made by immigration authorities)
  • Specific processing times (these vary by embassy and case complexity)
  • Appointment availability dates (subject to embassy schedules)

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

  • Full Refund: If we are unable to commence services within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: If services are partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on services not yet rendered, minus a 20% administrative fee.
  • No Refund: Once services have been fully rendered, no refunds will be provided, regardless of visa outcome.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment. Processing time for refunds is 14-21 business days.

7. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our documentation remain the property of AF TRAVELS LONDON LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF TRAVELS LONDON LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to visa refusal, delays, or travel disruptions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
